Meet Louis

Our big, cuddly teddy bear Louis is waiting to find his forever family. After what this poor boy has been through he really deserves his happy ever after!

Louis arrived with us last August with two other dogs after being taken from a very abusive and neglected background. He was in such a state he couldn't even stand up. He was emaciated, covered in sores and infections and was taken immediately to the vets. Louis then went through months of treatment on antibiotics and having twice weekly medicated baths, plus lots of small regular meals and of course lots of love and cuddles. He was also taking Alapuranol for low levels of leishmanial, which has put people off adopting him.

Fast forward and we have this beautiful, healthy bundle of love. His blood tests are completely free of any diseases including no more leishmanial. He has put on 15kg and he's now just the sweetest and happy boy.

Louis has been neutered, has his passport and is up to date with his vaccines. He is currently 35kg and is quite a strong boy. Louis is such a happy boy, he's always happy to see you and loves his cuddles. He loves to play with his ball and really loves his walkies and playing with his kennel mate Elena. He gets on well with other dogs once introduced to them.
